Are you having trouble sticking to your resolutions? Here are some ways to help you set realistic and motivating goals to optimize your chances of success!

Plan
organization is often the solution to many problems! Develop exciting projects and make a plan of the different steps you will have to take to achieve them. You'll soon see that it's all within your reach with a little planning!
He althy Living
Have you been promising yourself for years to join the gym and go on a diet to finally lose those extra pounds? Why not instead make a promise to yourself to take control of your lifestyle, without changing everything overnight? Pace yourself, reduce your stress, see a nutritionist, and start taking daily walks. You can increase your efforts when you're ready and avoid getting discouraged by going too fast.
Spend more time with family
Most parents say it too often: we lack time with the children after school, work, housekeeping, shopping and everything else. But there are severallittle ways to spend quality time together without compromising our responsibilities. Invite them to participate in housework, involve them in meal preparation, organize your schedule to set aside family time for a simple chat, take advantage of shopping to teach them something new, etc.!
Put yourself first
You never have time to see your friends because your schedule is overflowing. You don't even think to look when the Latin dance class that has been tempting you for 2 years is given because you don't have a minute to yourself. If you continue like this, very quickly, you will only exist for others. Remember that the happier you are, the more your children will absorb your happiness and your family will be fulfilled. Don't wait any longer to treat yourself!
Give yourself rewards
That's not a resolution you say? Yet we spend our lives trying to achieve perfection, without thinking about rewarding ourselves for our constant efforts! We might have a better sense of our daily lives if we took the time to treat ourselves to a little treat once in a while to balance it all out!
The environment
Do you think you're not doing enough for the environment, but you don't know where to start to reduce your ecological impact? You don't need to drastically change your lifestyle, but there are several small changes you can make that will have an impact.positive impact in the long run. Recycle, buy local when you can, learn how to compost, or ask a colleague to carpool.
Care less about other people's comments
Most of us spend too much time trying to project an image of ourselves and our lives that matches the expectations of those around us. The result is that we end up hiding who we really are for fear of tainting that image of the perfect life that we so long to exude. The best service you can do yourself is to be authentic and to respect your individuality, and to appreciate your mistakes for what they are: a constant learning of your needs and your limits.
Building Connections in the Office
The atmosphere at work is heavy and you're just waiting for the moment to go home? Instead of participating in the gossip and encouraging a heavy vibe to deal with, avoid getting yourself into hot water and instead focus on the positive. You could invite your colleagues to a group lunch to bond with them and get to know them. Your colleagues can thus be your allies rather than your enemies.
Social Commitment
You don't have to spend your weekends cooking for Meals on Wheels to be socially engaged. Sort out toys, books, and clothes and take them to church basements or the library for the benefit of those in need. A colleague hasdifficulty making ends meet? Prepare a simple and comforting meal to relieve her a little. There are so many ways to pay it forward!
Learn something new
Have you always dreamed of learning a new language or developing your painting technique? Stop always postponing your projects and take the opportunity to broaden your range of talents and passions!
