An ideal activity for a winter birthday or to simply enjoy winter and put some color in our white landscapes: paint for snow.

Color whiteness
I don't know about you, but I love white winter landscapes. Stormy days bring back so many beautiful childhood memories; furloughs, forts, tunnels, snowball wars and hot chocolate! All these happy memories have something very comforting for me. The activity that I propose here will bring a lot of color to your white landscapes: paint for snow.

Required material
Finally a recipe you can't miss! To make snow paint, you will need water, food coloring, and containers. That's all! The more dye you add, the brighter your colors will be. But this is the version for those who are not afraid of stains, because food coloring on a nice snowsuit or small mittens, it may not be ideal. When you do the activity with older people, it can be fine, but for the little ones, it isbetter to go with other options.

Alternatives to dye
If you prefer not to take chances and avoid having your children end up with multicolored snowsuits at school or daycare, you can use Jello, effervescent bath tablets, washable poster paint or old felt-tip pens. For the last option, simply remove the felt with a wooden skewer or a pair of pliers and soak it overnight. But if you still prefer to use food coloring, it seems that adding a few drops of dish soap will prevent stains.

Containers
For containers, you also have several options. Precision plastic bottles (the one with the pointed ends) work really well, but since they are harder to find and a bit more expensive you may be better off going with juice containers or spray bottles than you'll find in low-cost stores. My favorite: the hockey water bottles that you will find in sports stores. You'll love their large size and pointed tip. Personally, I didn't like vaporizers very much, but I'm sharing the idea with you anyway because I know that there are people who love the effect of the vaporizer. You be the judge.

A nice reward activity
Here, we book this activity asreward. Children often find it more fun when it comes to privilege. For those who have to organize winter birthdays, it makes a very nice activity to amuse the birthday person and his friends. As we are a little more limited in our choice of activities, this is a very original option that you could easily combine with other ideas under the theme of an artist party.

Pictures to remember
Thanks to this activity, your children (and yourselves) will have a great time and I am convinced that you will keep good memories. For those who like to fill memory boxes, don't forget to take lots of beautiful photos of your masterpieces because obviously, I have no other advice to give you to allow you to keep your works. of art for a very long time! You should still note this risk: It is possible that a child who becomes attached to his crafts will have difficulty seeing it quietly disappear under the sun, the rain or under another beautiful layer of white snow.
