It's autumn. The leaves change color. They fall. The weather is getting cooler. For many of us, this period is synonymous with loss of energy, fatigue and a growing desire to stay warm under the blanket.

Our body is in harmony with nature and it also experiences different seasons. To do this, it is important to take the time to simply take the time to think about yourself and allow yourself to recharge your batteries.

Take the time to take the time, what does it mean? It's time to listen to your body, your wants and your needs. It's time to put yourself first, even for a little while in the day. It's time to take and put the time on what makes you feel alive.

Too often I see people with immense fatigue because they don't even have time to rest properly or take time to do idleness. Have we got there? We are in a frantic race! But you know where we're going, do you? STOP! It's time to take the time to set the record straight, to think about ourselves and the priorities of our lives.

Reflection

Here is a list of questions that I invite you to read in order to start thinking. By the way, why not answer it honestly.

  • When was the last time you took time for yourself, only you?
  • What do you like doing the most?
  • What makes you feel most alive, vibrant?
  • When was the last time you had a giggle?
  • When was the last time you danced?
  • What would you like to see grow in your life?
  • What are the current tasks, situations, environments, people that draw you energy?
  • Which obligations are the heaviest for you? And what solution would you need to lighten up?

Taking the time to take the time remains a choice. You have the choice today to take a break and give yourself a well-deserved moment of sweetness. You have the right to treat yourself to a sweet respite and leave the dishes lying around on the counter or to have a load of laundry waiting. You have the right and only you are able to press pause and enjoy a moment of free time. Keep in mind that your to-do list will never end.

Two things

Do you want to take some time for yourself? Two nice little tricks: either you put it in your diary as a very important appointment, or you jump at the chance each time life offers you a momentwhich could serve as a spontaneous respite. For example, the kids go play at a friend's house, instead of diving into your endless to-do list, go read a few pages of your favorite book or do an activity that makes you feel alive.

Remember, taking the time to take the time is a matter of choice.
