Watermelon Sorbet

From your favorite brand's range of sorbets, choose a green flavor, a white flavor and a red flavor (lime, pear and raspberry, for example). Let your sorbets soften a bit before you start spreading them. Use a pie pan and form a fairly thick green ring all around the pan. Then form a slightly thinner white ring towards the inside of the pie, then fill the center with red sorbet. You can mix the sorbet with chocolate chips for an even more realistic watermelon.

Then put your pie in the freezer for an hour. To serve, use a thin, sharp knife and form nice slices of watermelon.
