In summer, we like to taste light and fruity desserts. Here are some easy-to-prepare desserts to indulge your sweet tooth during the summer months.

Sandwich Cake
Do you like ice cream sandwiches? Then you'll love this cake that's so easy to make even kids can make it. You will need enough wafers to make 3 layers of sandwiches in a container of your choice, ice cream that you soften a little so you can spread it on the wafers, whipped creamfor icing and a little liquid fudge or melted chocolate and Smarties to decorate.

Barbecue pineapple skewers
Barbecue lovers don't just have meat to offer. They can also cook a dessert by simply cooking skewers of pineapple chunks for about four minutes. Then mix some plain yogurt and honey as a dip.

Fruit Pie
Fruit pie is always a hit during the warm summer months. Use all your favorite fruits alternately, and let the pastry cream and pie crust do the rest. You can use thestore-bought pie crusts and pastry cream if you don't feel like opening the oven, or use Ricardo's recipe or Bonne Tableto become as talented as the local pastry chef before the end of summer.

Watermelon Sorbet
From your favorite brand's range of sorbets, choose a green flavor, a white flavor and a red flavor (lime, pear and raspberry, for example). Let your sorbets soften a bit before you start spreading them. Use a pie pan and form a fairly thick green ring all around the pan. Then form a slightly thinner white ring towards the inside of the pie, then fill the center with red sorbet. You can mix the sorbet with chocolate chips for an even more realistic watermelon.
Then put your pie in the freezer for an hour. To serve, use a thin, sharp knife and form nice slices of watermelon.

Fruits of Angels
In your most beautiful transparent bowl, alternate blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and pieces of angel food cake that you have cut into cubes.

Mason jar of angels
You can also make confetti angel food cake and mix it with whipped cream in a mason jar. It will be a light dessert, and by alternating layers of cake and whipped cream, you will obtain a Parfait.

Skewerschocolate
Alternate marshmallows, strawberries and mini brownie on skewers. Melt some milk chocolate and drizzle the melted chocolate over your skewers for a nice presentation.

Chocolate Filled Raspberries
Simply insert a chocolate chip into each of your raspberries. You can even ask your children to do it themselves, it will be even faster. Be careful, in this case it is possible that there will not be enough dessert left when the time comes to serve it!

Rainbow Brochette
The recipe is simple, a strawberry, a piece of cantaloupe, a piece of pineapple, a green grape, two blueberries, a red grape… and we start again! You can also put these ingredients in long glasses and add a little dollop of whipped cream on top.

The icing on the sundae
Cut some bananas into chunks, dip them in some melted chocolate, then in some cake candy. Add a little whipped cream, a cherry, and voila! If your kids are too small to handle the core of the cherries, substitute them with raspberries.

Eat the mower
If you're just mowing, why not take advantage of this theme to offer Rice Krispies squares to Mini-Oreo wheels? Add two bent straws for the finishing touch.

Crustaderaspberries
A little more complicated, but really tasty, this recipe will make everyone happy. First make the crust by mixing together ¾ cup flour, ¼ cup powdered sugar, a pinch of s alt and 6 tablespoons uns alted butter. Spread your batter in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for about ten minutes or until lightly golden.
Melt ¼ cup of raspberry jam and spread it on your dough. Also spread two cups of fresh or frozen raspberries on your dough. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over your raspberries.
All you have to do is prepare the crisp by mixing 4 tablespoons of uns alted butter, ½ cup of flour and ½ cup of brown sugar. Spread your mixture over your raspberries and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 375º.
