To satisfy difficult children or simply to turn me altime into a party, here are some ways to prepare the snack to make it more fun!

Mister Bread

Here is a very singular slice of bread: just look at that big smile (or that terrible pout)! Cutting an amusing face in your child's toast is sure to make him happy. Indeed, his lunch will be more fun to eat – bet it will taste a whole lot better too!

Of course, we try to recycle bread scraps. Maybe by eating them in French toast?

New style sandwich

If you'd rather not cut into bread slices (for fear of wasting the scraps), know that you can create a whole host of fun snacks with slices of cheese and a few nibbles. This is a totally original way to make a cheese sandwich!

Tropical Fruits

Here is a very original and very pretty fruity snack. What is doubly fun is that this plate is very easy to make, whilebeing delicious and he althy. Clementines to make the sand of the desert island, a banana for the trunk of the tree, kiwi wedges for the leaves of the palm tree and grapes (or large blueberries) for the fruit of the tree. Perfect for summer vacation!

Rabbit

Rabbits may love carrots, but we love cheese bunnies! Here is another "new kind" sandwich, very simple to make and even easier to eat. All you need is sliced bread, sliced cheeses, smoked turkey or ham, and chives. You can use bell pepper jellies, fruit jellies, or just ketchup, to make the bunny's red nose. You could also opt for sliced radishes.

Choo-choo

On summer days, fruit is a perfect snack. Rich in fiber and minerals of all kinds, they also allow the child to stay hydrated, since they contain a lot of water. To break the routine, we transform the classic plate of watermelon into a pretty little train. To make wheels, cut grapes in half. And since the train cars are always full of goods, we fill ours with delicious seasonal fruits!

Bananafish

All fruits and vegetables can be transformed into funny animals. For example, with banana slices, you can form a prettyfish! Raisins are great for making eyes or noses, while black olives work great with vegetable and cheese based snacks.

He althy Pizza

It's a known fact: kids love pizza! Unfortunately, we can't eat it every day… or almost! Because with fruit, like here, we could even eat it several times a day, with the agreement of our doctor. Garnish your dough (slice of melon) with fruit of any kind. For the cheese: use coconut flakes. Hmmmm!

Mouse

Yes: mice like cheese. Our children too. Especially if this famous cheese is shaped like a mouse! On a rusk, we place a triangle of cheese (firm or soft dough, as you wish). For the ears, slices of sausage are great; but you could also opt for a more fruity snack, and use grapes and strawberry slices.

The bird is in the tree…

Here's a snack that's as fun as it is he althy: a tree made of whole-grain bread, grapes, blueberries and cheese. Very pretty, this original plate is also easy to make and does not require an immense talent in plastic arts. A few minutes, and you're done! (And we bet the snack will disappear just as quickly…)

Croque-apple

These funny little apple monsters are by far our favorite, and they will also be those of our children. To see their face, we do not really know which one will bite the other first. A few apples, almonds and dark chocolate chips. Hold eyes with toothpicks.

Sheep

Cut into slices, bananas become the wool of a pretty sheep! For the face, use red grapes, or a small plum. Green grapes turn into pasture. Cute as hell!

Colorful bird

With these shimmering colors, the peacock's tail is simply beautiful. That's good, since the fruits are also pretty bright colors. Here is a plate of fruit that could disappear very quickly!

Fun Salad

A salad in a pepper: now that's fun! Especially if you take a few minutes to cut out, like in a pumpkin, a face on this one. You could also place raw vegetables in the pepper, with a little dip in the bottom. For smaller appetites, get miniature sweet peppers. That way, no waste, and vegetables disappear in time to say it!

Sunny Pancakes

What a great idea to put some sunshine in our day! Pancakes are so good when served with fruit: especially if they are placed in such a way as to make a beautiful smiling sun.

Self-Service

You can, of course, also let your children create their own works of culinary art. Prepare a plate of raw vegetables or fruit, cut in different ways, and invite them to invent characters, animals or themes that are as original as they are tasty! Show them this article, then they will have their own ideas for creating a delicious snack! Lots of fun ahead! Remember to take pictures and send them to us!
