With the cold and gray weather, we sometimes look for ideas for games to do with the children at home. Aim to develop your child's gross, fine motor and creative side.

It is through play that children (particularly between 2 and 5 years old) express themselves, discover their environment, adapt to new situations, makes friends, improves his self-esteem and builds self-confidence. Play also allows children to develop their physical, motor, cognitive, affective, social and language.
Free or spontaneous play is a process initiated freely by the child. The child will play in his own way and for the time he wants. The goal: to develop your creative side in an optimal way.
Skills and Abilities
It is also through play that the child will improve his motor skills and that he will thus take pleasure in doing physical activity or team and individual sports during adolescence. Being skillful at the motor level will give him the necessary confidence to continue on the path of a he althy and active life in adulthood and by the same token, to put the odds on his side in order to be in good he alth. good he alth as you age.
Thedifferent activities will help develop locomotor, postural and manual skills. Try different movements: crawling, walking, running, jumping, sliding, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, throwing, rolling, bouncing, catching… Use all the joints. The important thing is to move!
Remember that the primary goal is to have fun and have a good time with your child. Take the opportunity to learn new nursery rhymes, personify your children's favorite characters… Be creative! Become an animal or a means of transport!
