Animated by Stéphanie Bureau, naturopath from Léo Désilets and Mariane Chenail, founder of Maman pour la vie, this virtual event will aim to bring women together and allow them to talk about breastfeeding and its many facets and realities without filters.

The event will also feature Marie-Ève Piché, founder of the blog Maman caffeine and Alexandra Briand, creator of mom-favorite "lifestyle" content.

The two partners would like to join forces to create an annual meeting and help mothers break their isolation and offer them a platform for discussion on a subject they all have in common, breastfeeding.

"Becoming a mother is a unique moment filled with happiness, but it inevitably comes with its share of challenges, breastfeeding often being at the top of the list. Breastfeeding can be both an obvious gesture for some and a journeystrewn with obstacles for others. This is why we wanted to set up this virtual event accessible to all, in order to talk about this important moment in life, without taboos. " Francine Auclair, Marketing Director of Léo Désilets.

"To be able to share my breastfeeding experiences on the occasion of this world week is a great pleasure, because they are part of my fondest memories as a mother." Mariane Chenail, founder of Maman pour la vie.

The approximately 1-hour event will take place on October 9 at 10 a.m. live on YouTube.
