Wapping around in warm water is one of life's sweet pleasures, especially after playing in the snow. And that bliss is even greater when topped off with kid-made bath bombs.


The basic recipe
Ingredients
- A glass of baking soda
- A quarter glass of cream of pie
- Half a glass of cornstarch
- Half a glass of Epsom s alt or sea s alt
- 2 teaspoons of essential oil
- A tablespoon of any moisturizing oil (sweet almond, coconut, olive)
- Food coloring
- A little water in a spray bottle
- Moulds of your choice
Preparation
- Mix the powders.
- Mix the liquids.
- Pour the liquids over the powders, slowly, mixing well as you go, with your hands. Be careful, it must not foam!
- The texture should be crumbly, but the material should still keep the shape you give it.
- Add a little water if you need.
- Take a mold of your choice and compact it with the preparation. Tamp well.
- Let stand overnight before unmolding.

Blueberry Avocado Oil Bath Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 part baking soda
- ½ slice of cornstarch
- ¼ slice of cream of pie
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Vegetable dye
- Blueberry floral water spray
- Sugar decorations (for cakes)
Preparation
- Mix all the powders with a whisk for a good minute.
- Add the hydrosol or floral water using a spray until the mixture looks like wet sand. Be careful, above all, do not add too much floral water.
- Add the tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir well.
- Add colorant if liquid colorant.
- Add a few drops of essential oil.
- Cast your bath bombs.
- Insert sugar decorations, insert before mixing.
- Leave to rest for 24 hours before unmolding.

Unicorn bath bombs
They are everywhere. The little ones, and also the big girls, love them. Unicorns are all the rage. It’s a somewhat inexplicable phenomenon, but that’s how it is! So, let's not spoil our pleasure and let's go to the land of glitter.
Bath Bomb Ingredients
- 225 grams of citric acid
- 450 grams of baking soda
- 28 grams of shea butter
- 2 teaspoons of essential oil of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon pink food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon blue food coloring
- Water
- Glitter
Ingredients for the little horns
- 28 grams of glycerin
- Gold Mica 24k
Preparing bath bombs
- Prepare three mixing bowls. One with pink dye, one with yellow dye and one with blue.
- In half-ball molds, put a pinch of mixture of each color.
- Compress.
- Turn out onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle glitter bombs.
Preparation and installation of small horns
- In glycerine, carve horns, dipped in gold mica.
- Install the horns on the bath bombs and secure them with melted glycerine.

- 1 cup baking soda

- 1 cup citric acid
- Lemon and orange essential oils
- Red and yellow food coloring (20 drops in all)
- Spray water bottle
- Mussels

- Mix the powders.

- Pour the liquids over the powders, slowly, mixing well as you go, with your hands. Be careful, it must not foam!
- The texture should be crumbly, but the material should still keep the shape you give it.
- 10 drops of essential oils (5 of each).
- Add a little water if you need.
- Take a mold of your choice and compact it with the preparation. Tamp well.
- Let stand overnightbefore unmolding.
Our tips
- Wear gloves.
- Use utensils that you will no longer use for cooking.
- Use stainless steel utensils since plastics and wood retain odors and remain stained.
- The smaller the bombs, the less crumbly they will be.
- For pregnant womenand children under 3 years old, it is best to avoid essential oils.
- Using silicone moulds… it's more efficient.
